JBA International is Hiring an Inventory Control Specialist Near City of Industry, CA
- Receiving: Managing labor on container unloads filled with inventory. Confirming inbound inventory and accuracy on container pick list. Storing and moving inventory into designated warehouses/areas. Adding confirmed inventory onto inventory sheets.
- Accuracy: Managing accuracy of inventory levels by cycle counts every week or two weeks. Confirming inventory pick lists for inbound/Outbound inventory and load BOL of shipment.
- Inquiries: Assisting warehouse team in finding inventory for outbound orders.
- Confirming remaining inventory for ordering processing team.
- Assists in root-cause analysis for inventory errors
- Assigns product location to all incoming items
- Monitors and updates company-wide inventory schedule
- Follows all existing company policies and procedures
- Maintaining strict guides on inventory organization and placement within warehouse.
- Technology: Experience with inventory management software/barcode Scanner
- Minimum of 2 years of inventory management with college degree
- Software knowledge (*will provide training inventory management with MS-365BC*), MS Excel, Word, E-mail.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Total respect to all team members under all circumstances.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
